Account Executive (Remote - Miami Preferred)

We’re looking for an Account Executive who’s hungry, comfortable with cold outreach, and ready to own deals that close. You’ll report directly to the Director of Sales and play a key role in growing our client base across scattered-site PMs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospecting and running outbound campaigns to mid-sized property managers
  • Running 1:1 demos and closing net-new accounts
  • Managing a pipeline with velocity—our sales cycle is short
  • Driving deals that bring in 5,000+ units/month

What Success Looks Like

  • First 4 weeks: Cold outreach & pipeline building
  • Weeks 5–8: Shadowing demos + running your own follow-ups
  • Weeks 8–12: Running full deals on SMB targets
  • Post-90 days: Owning a monthly quota, closing both inbound + outbound

You’re a Fit If

  • You’ve sold SaaS before (1+ year minimum)
  • You’re confident in cold outreach and know how to follow up
  • You love clear targets and fast feedback
  • You don’t wait to be told what to do—you drive the process
  • Real estate/property management experience = bonus

Compensation

  • Base + uncapped commission
  • Room to grow into enterprise sales
  • $60k base/$130k OTE
